The Red Deer Lacrosse community is celebrating after four of our very own Chiefs earned bronze medals with U15 Team Alberta at Box Minor Nationals in Halifax, Nova Scotia.
Both the U15 Team Alberta male and female squads battled their way to the podium, showcasing grit and determination against the country’s best.
On the female side, Chiefs players Zoe Bowen and Bayze Salkus played a key role in Alberta’s commanding 8-1 victory over Team Nova Scotia to secure the bronze medal.
On the male side, Chiefs standouts Kobin Lampard and Lucas Seidel helped lift Team Alberta to a hard-fought 5-3 win against Team First Nations, bringing home their own bronze medal.
These four athletes exemplify the dedication, perseverance and hard work that define Red Deer Lacrosse. Their success on the national stage is a source of pride not only for their families and teammates, but for the entire Chiefs community.
Congratulations to Zoe, Bayze, Kobin and Lucas, your Chiefs family is proud of you!
