The Red Deer Lacrosse Association is proud to announce that three standout athletes from our U15A Red Deer Chiefs have been selected to compete in the prestigious Jr. NLL Tournament this August.
Sawyer Berry, Ryder Salkus and Preston Hanna will be heading to Oakville, Ontario, to represent the U15 Jr. Calgary Roughnecks at the Jr. NLL Tournament, taking place August 22-24, 2025, at the Toronto Rock Athletic Centre (TRAC).
This elite tournament offers a one-of-a-kind lacrosse development experience, designed to immerse young players in the intensity and professionalism of the National Lacrosse League. The Jr. NLL program combines high-level training, mentorship and competition, giving athletes a true taste of what it means to compete at the next level.
These three Chiefs will spend the summer preparing for this exciting opportunity and proudly represent not only the Jr. Roughnecks, but also Red Deer and the RDLA lacrosse community on a national stage.
Congratulations, Sawyer, Ryder, and Preston! We’re cheering you on all the way to TRAC!
